Shipping
We will courier to most destinations. We calculate courier charges by weight and destination.
Courier charges will automatically be added to your final amount at the beginning of the checkout process. There is no need for you to wait for an invoice from us.
That said, we do reserve the right to amend your shipping costs to reflect the actual cost in case there is a mistake in our calculations. In that event we will contact you and advise you of any difference in cost. Once we have your approval we will send you a PayPal invoice. Upon receipt of payment we will ship your items. This, we hope, will only happen very rarely, if at all.
We use international airmail for overseas orders and NZ Couriers for local orders. International delivery takes between 3 and 10 working days and domestic is around 2-3 days.
We aim to process your order within two days of receiving it. Lead times for out of stock items are usually mentioned on the item page on our website. If you do order an out of stock item we will email you upon receipt of your order to confirm this, and let you know the expected shipping date.

Returns
We will accept returns for products purchased from www.2foot9.co.nz upon receiving notification within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return address at that time. Please Note: The products you are returning must be in good condition, unused and unopened from their branded packaging. If the goods have been damaged in transit please ensure you return the packaging the goods arrived in for our inspection. Refunds do not include delivery charges.
